Collective Moms

Mother and Caregivers monthly yoga + expressive arts group

In a world in which women are often spread thin with the constant to-do lists, we would like to offer a safe space to disengage and come back to the self. Through weekly therapeutic groups we plan to provide moms a therapeutic space to convene and grow as a collective unit while encouraging each individual to tap into their person at their core. We will engage as community through embodied expressive arts such as the practice of yoga, mindful ritual, foraged nature weaving, resist fabric dyeing, and more.

Group will meet at our outdoor office (Near Sandy Point- Address to be provided upon registration) on Thursdays from 9:30-10:30 a.m.

Facilitated by yoga teacher and clinician Lindsay Betz
